Orders and acceptance

By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to do so. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and, where applicable, receive cleared payment. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing, stock, technical or security issue.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, duties and import charges may be added or handled separately depending on destination and checkout terms. Payment methods available at checkout are processed by the relevant payment provider.

Product information and safety

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Product appearance, packaging, colour and specifications may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for the intended task, hazard, local safety requirements and user training. Gloves do not eliminate workplace risk.

Wholesale, OEM and samples

Wholesale, sample and OEM orders are subject to a separate quotation or written agreement covering specifications, minimum quantities, production timing, payment, shipping and any approved artwork or branding.

The YANMEI name, website content, product images and branding may not be copied, used or distributed without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YANMEI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
